Shipping & Processing Information

  • Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, ensuring fresh delivery of your order prior to weekends.
    • Orders received by 1PM ET Monday thru Wednesday-will ship on the day received.
    • Orders received after 1PM ET Monday or Tuesday-will ship on the next business day.
    • Orders received after 1PM ET Wednesday-will ship on the following Monday.
  • We will ship your order as promised using any effective shipping services available. Because adverse conditions can sometimes affect shipments, your order may be shipped to arrive earlier than the requested arrival date.
  • Your perishable package will be delivered and released by a delivery driver with no signature required. Upon arrival, keep product refrigerated or frozen.
  • If your mail order is received too late to meet your requested arrival date via standard shipping, we will upgrade to express shipping and charge you accordingly.
  • Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by shipping services.
  • If rising costs affect shipping charges, a surcharge may be included and will be reflected in your order total.
  • Quantities are limited and orders are subject to availability. If, after we take your order, an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
  • We cannot ship to international, P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or Puerto Rico addresses.
  • Standard shipping and processing charges are based on the regular price of the merchandise shipped to a named recipient at a single address.

The taxability of food, candy, or combination items varies by state. Shipping and processing will be taxed when the product is taxable.
