Greek Lamb Recipe

Ingredients:

4 - 8oz Lamb Rib Chop - Item#6169

1 sprig fresh oregano, stemmed and finely chopped or 1 teaspoon flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper

1 large clove garlic, sliced

Olive oil, for drizzling

Zest and juice of 1 lemon


Directions: 

1. Combine lamb with all ingredients and turn to coat.
2.  Let stand for 20 minutes then cook on griddle over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
