The steak was prepared simply using garlic pepper and sea salt. It was grilled on an indoor grill for 7 minutes - it was perfect!! The steak was so fresh and the flavor was wonderful. It is the most delicious steak I've had for a long time. Thank you!!

The NY Strip steak was fabulous!! It was seasoned with sea salt and pepper and then grilled. It was ready in less than 10 minutes and it was wonderful. The steak was so flavorful and tender I barely needed a knife! I typically use a steak sauce but this meat was delicious and it did not need anything extra! It was just delicious!

Prepared the steaks with just salt, pepper, and garlic powder. One was at least 2” thick and the other 1½” thick which worked out perfectly as my wife likes her steak cooked medium well and I like mine medium rare. Cooked the steaks on a very hot gas grill, 450-500 degrees. 2-2 ½ minutes on a side turning them 4 times for a nice cross hatch grill pattern. Both steaks cooked up perfectly and the taste was unbelievable! Without doubt, the best steak I have ever had outside a high dollar steakhouse, and the best steak that has ever come off my grill. Obviously the wet aging is the key; these steaks just melt in your mouth!

My husband cooked the steaks on a gas grill and prepared mine Medium well with just salt, pepper, and garlic powder. The steak was juicy, tender, and very flavorful! Excellent product!

Just used Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper and cooked under the broiler. Served with sauteed mushrooms. They were amazing! So tender and juicy. Definitely will order again!

My Mom cooked the steak for me and it was delicious! She just used salt, pepper and rubbed with fresh garlic. It was very juicy and tender and I can't wait for her to order again!
