Being a previous Chicagoan, I was thrilled when our steaks arrived the other day. I had never ordered from Stockyards before, but I was very impressed with how the steaks arrived. These came in a beautiful box that any foodie would be excited to receive. My husband cooked them on our grill and topped them with a blue cheese crumble on top. They were delicious. Paired them with a nice Cabernet/Shiraz blend. It’s so great to know that I can get a top steak that rivals my favorite Chicago steakhouses – right in my own home.

This steak was unbelievable. So rich and full of flavor! I cannot get over what a great cut of meat for such an affordable price. Served it with a simple garden salad and grilled vegetables. It was a huge hit at our house. We will definitely be ordering from Stockyards again!
