Enjoy our Prime cut from the center of the tenderloin to ensure a uniformly shaped filet from top to bottom. Previously only available to our steakhouse customers.
Thaw product in the refrigerator. Remove thawed product from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
SEAR & ROAST
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Season filets with salt, pepper, or our Epicure seasoning.
- In skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high heat until almost smoking.
- Sear filets 1 minute on each side.
- Roast in oven 6-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Please adjust time if your filet is larger or smaller or if you prefer it more or less done.
GRILL
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Lightly brush filets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, or our Epicure seasoning.
- Grill 7-9 minutes on each side for medium rare. Adjust time if you prefer it more or less done.
BROIL
- Preheat broiler to high.
- Lightly brush filets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, or our Epicure seasoning.
- Broil 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust time if you prefer it more or less done.
