This boneless hand-tied roast is packaged with Chicago's own Char Crust Garlic Peppercorn Rub and arrives ready to cook as an elegant roast au jus or sliced and served on a roll for a delicious sirloin sandwich.
Serving Suggestions: Remove from package and preheat oven to 325°F. Place roast in baking pan with 1/4 cup water. Cover and bake 15 minutes per pound.
