Our Clarim brand is a crafted by the finest winemakers in their honor. The brand is named after their mother, Claire and father, Jim. The label showcases a crest that hints at their rich Irish heritage and deep celebration of family.

About the Wine

The 2009 Reserve Chardonnay was created from premium grapes in Sonoma Valley. This is not your typical, oaky California Chardonnay. Rather, we chose to craft this wine in the style of the French to create a balanced, intense Chardonnay with a lively crispness and a firm structure.

This wine boasts aromas of pear, nectarine and honeysuckle with a touch of vanilla and tropical notes of pineapple. Flavors of lemon, wet stone and vanilla unfold into a long, dry, and crisp finish. This wine will not disapoint.

“Clarim Chardonnay is the perfect summer wine. Light and crisp, literally “sunshine in a glass.” This wine has great structure, with a full, buttery nose, minimal oak and a pleasantly round mouth-feel. Served chilled just so, it shows a stony mineral quality along with a fleeting hint of citrus. I will be serving this easy drinking wine at my family summer weekends paired with fresh vegetables from our garden and local caught white fish grilled with figs and clementines.
