2 ½ Tbs brown sugar 1 tsp fresh gingerroot (or 1 tsp minced ginger in a jar from the produce aisle) 1 clove garlic crushed 1 tsp dried tarragon (or your favorite spice) 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 Tbs red wine vinegar Mix marinade ingredients and marinate at least 30 minutes turning once or twice
