Our Sausage Sampler features a selection of fully cooked, high-quality sausage from four distinct styles of cuisine: an Andouille sausage, a coarse-grained, smoked Cajun bratwurst crafted from pork, garlic, pepper, onions, wine and spices; a pork Italian-style sausage, seasoned with a spice blend that includes fennel and anise; a chicken cordon bleu sausage in tribute to the classic French dish; and a cheddar and jalapeño sausage, made with pork, grated cheddar cheese, minced jalapeño, and garlic. This sampler includes four links of each flavor.
USDA certification is a mark of beef quality that’s based on the degree of fat marbling within the meat. Exceptional marbling translates to a more tender, flavorful cut of meat. USDA Prime represents the highest tier of all domestic beef, followed by USDA Choice.
