This naturally raised Midwestern pork is highly prized for its juicy, well-marbled meat. Beautifully hand-cut and expertly Frenched for an elegant presentation, this succulent roast arrives ready to thaw and prepare for any occasion.

Cooking Instructions: Thaw roast overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from packaging and allow roast to come to room temperature, while preheating oven to 325°F. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Place roast in baking pan with ¼ cup water. Cover and bake 15 minutes per pound.
