Cooking Instructions: Thaw roast in the refrigerator overnight. Remove roast from packaging and allow to reach room temperature while preheating the oven to 325°F. Season roast with Epicure Seasoning or salt, pepper, and olive oil, then place in a baking pan with ¼ cup water. Cover roast with foil and bake from 15 minutes per pound until meat thermometer registers 120-125°F for medium rare. Remove roast from the oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
